Contract Description:
For the 2018 contracting period, the site development project, as part of the larger coho reintroduction project will be responsible for finishing the development of acclimation sites in the major release tributaries in the Methow and Wenatchee basins. Outside of the majority of this work occurring for proposed acclimation sites, the permitting process and associated evaluations will be also occurring at the Natapoc FH site to include water withdrawal analyses and final stages of a discharge permit and securing both ground and surface water rights.  See below for annual, project specifics:

1. Water Rights Processing through WSDOE and Geo Engineers, Inc.- As a selected contractor from WSDOE list of contractors, Geo Engineers, Inc. is able to work with Ecology to produce and review ROEs and finalized for public comment and ultimately, water right being secure.  This contract for 2018 will have a reduced scope and focus on UB Wenatchee sites as permits have been obtained for 8mile Ranch, Early Winters, and Trinity.
2. Dredging/sediment removal will be needed for Blue Buck in summer/fall of 2018. Permitting of that project will be covered in this SOW and operational expense will be covered in O&M operations (CR-311203)
4. Will also include post construction revegetation for Trinity as well as Yr. 2 maintenance for Early Winters and Eightmile Ranch.

CCR-40396/Mod. 1 distributes already contracted work differently among subcontractors (revised LIB).  Also -- in WE G -- the reveg areas are increasing for both Eightmile and Early Winters sites, as well as the costs to cover water hauling when on-site water is not available.

CCR-41002/Mod. 2 adds reveg work at a new site -- Butcher Pond in the Wenatchee/Nason Cr -- with new WE H.  It also changes a subcontract in the LIB to a new vendor after the former vendor was purchased by another company.
